Take your measurements before submitting.

Wear close-fitting clothing, stand naturally, and ask someone to help where possible. Record measurements in inches or centimeters and use the same unit throughout the form.

  • Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
  • Do not pull the tape tight.
  • Measure twice before submitting.
  • Add any fit preferences in the notes.
